🌟 Returns & Exchange Policy – Because Your Shine Matters

If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to make it right — with warmth and grace.


✅ Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You notify us within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • The item is unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging.


🚚 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. You can login to your Glisance store account with mobile number or Email ID and raise return requests directly from your Glisance account. Alternatively, you can email us at info@glisance.in.

  2. Include your order number and a brief reason for the return

  3. We'll guide you through the next steps with care and clarity

  4. For eligible items, we’ll either arrange a free pickup or share return shipping details

  5. If a customer fails to hand over the product at the time of pickup for return or exchange, they are to self-ship the product.

💳 Refunds & Store Credits

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • You may choose between a refund to your original payment method or a store credit for your next sparkle ✨

  • For exchanges, we’ll dispatch your new piece once we’ve received the original item.

  • Standard return handling fee of Rs. 9 only will be charged.

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

When you receive our package, record a video of unboxing so if there is any problem with the product e.g., damaged product/product is missing in the box / received wrong product and submit it with the return/exchange claim. Then it will be easy for us to assist at the time you raise return / exchange request.

To maintain hygiene and fairness, we’re unable to accept returns for:

  • Jewelry that has been worn or damaged after delivery

  • Items without original packaging

  • Items bought under Buy X Get Y or Buy 2 at Rs XXX promotional sales.

  • Gift box will not be eligible for return / exchange. You can return/exchange the jewelry. 
  • If an order is returned, the accompanying free gift must also be returned.
